As a requirement of the background check being conducted on you by PreCheck, you must complete a release form.
Signing this form gives PreCheck permission to obtain information about you from agencies that maintain records.
Your personal information is securely held by PreCheck and is not shared or sold.
The following pages will guide you through the quick and easy steps of completing the online release.
Note: Successful completion of the online release process requires that you submit both the Applicant/Employee Information section as well as the Disclosure & Authorization document.
At the end of the online release process, you will have the option
to view, save, and/or print the following documents:
- Your completed and signed Applicant/Employee Information form
- Your completed and signed Disclosure & Authorization form
- Any state law notices that you selected
- A Summary of Your Rights Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
